So, in this stillness, 
in this moment you have given yourself to sit with your body, 
bring your awareness to the movement within,
PAUSE (5 secs)… 
The blood rushing to your heart, 
PAUSE (5 secs)… 
the air moving in 
PAUSE (3 secs)… 
and out.
Follow the rise and fall of your chest, 
PAUSE (5 secs)… 
take note of the breeze on your skin, 
PAUSE (5 secs)… 
the sensation on the tips of your toes.
PAUSE (5 secs)… 
Tune into the energy between your mind and body.
And let gratitude wash over you.
PAUSE (15 secs)…
