Burnout is real and nothing to be ashamed of. We all face burnout at one time or another. The problem is when you are facing the early signs and either don't realize them or ignore them until it's too late.Today I'm talking about my recent awareness of being in the early stages or burnout and what I plan to do to combat them and to get back on track.I am referring to research done by Winona State University in Minneapolis on the 5 Phases of Burnout (https://www.winona.edu/stress/9Burnout.HTML)And I'm using a lot of @jayshetty 's advice on how to recognize the 7 early signs of burnout and how to start healing - along with some of my personal experience.
