Claus Sendlinger is an entrepreneur in hospitality and a visionary in the tourism industry. He started his career in the 80s by founding an event agency and organising high-end travel experiences. in 2011, he established a platform for the travel community, the Design Hotels collection, since being sold to Starwood and absorbed by Marriott. Today, he runs SLOW, which he co-founded and an acronym for sensitive, local, organic and wise. In this episode, Claus explains, in an interview in Kaplankaya during Harvest, his vision for tourism and hospitality, with absolutely zero filters.
