Description

The plaintiff and defendant purchased a racecar together so they could share and race it. The plaintiff says they bought parts for the car, but then the defendant took it over completely. He claims the defendant won’t pay for the work he put in, so he’s suing for his portion of the car and parts. The defendant argues the plaintiff backed out of the deal and started threatening her. She’s countersuing for storage fees
Then, the plaintiff says he’s a business broker and represented the defendant in the purchase of a pizza business. Now the guy’s trying to stiff him on his commission, so he’s suing for the money he’s due. The defendant says the plaintiff represented the pizza business owners, not him, and he decided to pass on purchasing it, so he owes nothing.
