How were you hired as an employee? Do you remember?
Most of my past jobs that I've had with the exception of one, were based on my education and experience. My RESUME. Yay!
In some cases, thank God for that. Maybe you can say the same.
Those ways of hiring people are over or ought to be. Is it any wonder people do not last long at the job THEY applied for and was hired for. Maybe, just maybe, they were not a good fit.
