Description
+++ BOSS HOGG +++
You might not be old enough to remember the TV show "The Dukes of Hazzard" or just maybe you do.
I'm going to assume you do because only you would be able to appreciate this analogy.
Sorrell Booke was an American actor who played the role as corrupt politician Jefferson Davis aka "Boss" Hogg." He was a one-of-a-kind "boss." I found him to be hilarious.
He played his role very well. His style of leadership was the in-thing at the time.
However, it would not and does not work today. The "I'm the boss" kind of leadership, no longer works.
In this episode, guest educator - Heather Vickery at www.Vickeryandco.com, and I tackled this topic. Listen to hear what we discussed.
