I think the reason we as moms feel so frustrated and exhausted is because we have a belief that “They should just do what I say.” If we are a good mom, we’ve taught them who to listen. When they don’t- we may feel it’s a reflection of us as not being good enough.  Today we will discuss how this is actually the cause of our pain- our own thinking- and not what our children do or don't do.
