If you had to leave the gym after your first set, would that first set be enough? Then we dive into what you should be feeding your body. Why you should stop constantly changing your food and how consistency can support growth. Are you feeding fat mass or lean body mass? What's your goal with cardio? Are you a sprinter or a marathon runner? We recommend you stop doing HIIT for 30 minutes 5 days a week. Why do you want to use PEDs? Are you using them for the right reason?
