Your body is talking to you 24/7. It is the most intelligent aspect of ourselves. The body and the subconscious mind know everything about us. The subconscious mind is responsible for 95% of your day-to-day actions. The subconscious mind accepts everything as truth. To have an effective habit change, you have to go into the subconscious mind and rewrite the story. Actions steps: Choose whatever workout you will do daily. Pick a diet that is healthy for a human being. Rewrite the stories that are in your head. [27:00] The Mental Pillar: Embracing The Present Moment You are the captain of your mental capacity. The ego is a very important tool; it’s the CEO of your mind. For the most part, people operate on the daily because of the actions of their ego. You shouldn’t kill the ego; instead, you need to put your ego in check. Also, being adaptive and being resilient are very important aspects of the mind.
