Today you begin to shed old ideas about how women SHOULD eat, what they SHOULD eat, when they SHOULD eat and why… and you’re gonna figure out how the heck you actually LIKE to eat. What feels ideal in your body? How food, in all of it’s sensorial divineness, fits into your ideal life.
The first step? Becoming of aware of the ways that old programming is still controlling you and getting in the way of TRUST.
