Elle Russ chats with Carrie Forrest - a thyroid cancer survivor and the creator of the blog, Clean Eating Kitchen, where she shares easy and nourishing recipes and resources. Carrie is also the host of the Clean Eating for Women podcast, featuring interviews with health experts and influencers, along with stories from her own health journey. Carrie has an MBA in marketing and entrepreneurship from the University of Southern California. After a short stint in retail corporate marketing and merchandising, she became interested in nutrition to try and heal from a variety of health issues, including chronic migraines, hormone imbalance, anxiety, and thyroid cancer. She later earned a masters degree in public health nutrition from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. Carrie’s work inspires women to take control over their health, with a focus on holistic and natural healing.
