About this ebook
It was supposed to be a few hours.
Michelle Fox promised her werewolf girlfriend Amy Hunt that she wouldn't be gone for long. They'd sworn to each other that they'd be forever together, and werewolves bonded intensely.
Especially when they risked a taboo relationship with a human.
But Michelle didn't come back that night. She wouldn't have made it back, because she was caught in a near-fatal motorcycle crash — and as the sole survivor, Amy was faced with one option to save her girlfriend. Donate one of her lungs, or say goodbye to the woman she loved.
It was a life-altering choice to be faced with. But the 18-year-old had already risked her safety by falling for a human — she was ready to make the ultimate sacrifice again to keep her.
But even as her love for Michelle pulled them together, the fate of a long-held rivalry between hunters and werewolves would threaten to rip them apart.
Amy had grown up in the rough squalor of a wolves' life, but the week of her girlfriend's accident would test her like no other. Would she be able to outlast the hunters to make the life-altering lung donation for her girlfriend? Or would the omens of werewolves and humans' centuries-old rivalry hold true, tearing the lesbian lovers apart?

A Lesbian Werewolf In London - Lee Cushing
Chapter 1
Ineed to see her.
Red and blue lights flooded Amy’s vision. She broke past snarling branches, pounced through roads, and risked being caught under a car’s headlights.
She was getting reckless. And she knew the cost of being reckless. Being found was a matter of life or death, and the hunters were hot on her tail. It was time to hide. To lay low until she could convince them that she’d ceased from being a living threat.
But she had to see Michelle. Not just see, but touch her — caress the brunette’s rosy, bowed lips before it was too late.
I can’t let you go, she mused, the echoes of her paws thrashing the dirt like a siren in the air. Though they stung little compared to the strobe lights ahead — burning her eyes, her skin, her everywhere the closer she got to the hospital — nothing compared to the sting of a broken heart.
The harsh wind whipped through her blonde hair, piercing her muscles like invisible knives. Her grey eyes glistened under the moonlight, as severe as her every breath. Michelle would joke that Amy could kill with her looks, but in this moment, Amy would kill anyone who got in her way.
She’d take her own life if it meant saving her girlfriend.
She reached the parking lot. Jumped from her feet, switching to a human
run as she sprinted past ambulances. Sirens, lights, flashed everywhere, but nothing could sway her step. She was going to keep her promise to Michelle.
Will you stay with me forever? Her girlfriend had whispered in bed one night, her green eyes glimmering like emeralds. She and Amy were laying under the moonlight, the sky just as it was now. Amy’s stomach twisted thinking about how nice it felt — being inches from Michelle’s chest, next to the window and the stars. If she thought hard enough, she could still be in that reality. When nothing hurt, and Michelle’s marshmallow scent filled Amy like oxygen.
But that’d be a lie.
Everything wasn’t okay. Amy could sense it as she rushed to the reception — Which room is she in?
She demanded, slamming her hands on the counter. The receptionist, startled, didn’t even bother to address her brash behaviour. She dialed the ER, spluttered some words, then met the ice-cold eyes glaring at her.
Uh, right down the hall in 101 —
Amy had already broken into a sprint.
Her heart surged so fast in her chest she thought it would get jammed in her throat. 101, 101...she flicked her eyes around the walls, frantically searching for the room in which Michelle was held. Normally, she could track her girlfriend just by using her sense of smell. It’s the perk of having a werewolf girlfriend, she’d joked to Michelle once. Michelle teased that it was one of many perks, trailing her eyes down Amy’s toned abs as she said so. Amy glowed as red a tomato.
Now, she wished Michelle could fluster her a thousand times more. Make her bite her lip, clamp her thighs together, squirm in overwhelming want.
