Let’s understand about our Human Body. It is made up of 5 elements. Earth ( plant foods growing out of earth), Air, Fire, Water, Akasha (Sky).Any Imbalance with one or more of these elements will lead to illness.
A Human with Good Health will have a perfect balance of these 5 elements.For a healthy person he would be able to do the following:
Bowels getting cleared in the morning everyday
Ideal BMI
Clear Skin
Feeling Energetic throughout the day
Experience strong sense of Hunger 1-2 times a day
Getting Deep sleep in 2 to 5 minutes
No pain in the body
Will have a smiling face and a positive aura
Wakes up without snoozing the alarm and feels excited to wake up
Easily letting go of unpleasant things
Will not get easily angry
Selfless love for close family and friends
We too can achieve this Good Health through living in a Satvic way.

We all are blessed to have a healer who heals, repairs and cleans our body everyday which is called
Prana Shakti.
Prana Shakti takes 80% of its time to digest our food after which it will heal and clean our body. Unfortunately we always keep our Prana Shakti busy in digestion, which inturn affects us because there is no time left by prana shakti to heal and clean our body.
Let’s take an example: We eat Bread butter toast for breakfast,Rice with Dal for lunch,Tea/Coffee with cookies for snacks and Poori Subji for dinner. Next day we put in another
