    1Find out why you're exercising.  

    First things first: figure out why you're exercising; that will dictate the intensity level you want to achieve. The goal of your exercise routine should be to either increase your fitness level or the number of muscles you have. Further, if you wish to be the best at a particular sport, you may need to engage in various types of physical training. Knowing your why will help you zero in on the habits that will serve you best. 

    2 Dropping kilos.

    Exercising is a great way to shed pounds and keep them off. To make it work, though, you need to know what you want to achieve. Beyond that, you should also establish a timeline for accomplishing them. Aiming to lose 5 to 10 pounds in a week is one possible example. 

    3 Consider a time when you will need to prepare for a specific event.  

    Motivating yourself to exercise can be greatly enhanced by building anticipation for a specific event.  Concerning that, it would be ideal if you could envision a future occasion for which you wish to be adequately prepared. An occasion where you may wish to demonstrate to your former classmates that you have maintained a healthy lifestyle is a high school reunion.
