    Hello, my name is Harper and affirmations have played a significant role in helping me create a happy and fulfilling life. In fact, affirmations even helped me write this book!

    Growing up in Portland, Oregon in the 90s and 00s, I was exposed to the New Age movement and spent many hours exploring metaphysical bookstores and discovering the power of affirmations. My mother was a strong believer in the power of positive thinking, and our home was filled with affirmations on bathroom mirrors and doors. These phrases became a constant presence in my life, and I even wrote them on my arms as a reminder of their
