    Ingredients:

    For the pizza dough:

    ●  2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast

    ●  1 1/2 cups warm water

    ●  3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

    ●  2 tablespoons olive oil

    ●  1 teaspoon salt

    ●  1 teaspoon sugar

    For the toppings:

    ●  1/2 cup tomato sauce

    ●  1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

    ●  1/2 cup black olives, sliced

    ●  1/2 cup artichoke hearts, chopped

    ●  1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

    ●  1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced

    ●  1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled

    ●  Fresh basil leaves, for garnish

    ●  Olive oil, for drizzling

    Instructions:

    ❖  Prepare the dough:

    ➢  In a small bowl, dissolve the yeast in warm water and let it sit for about 5 minutes until it becomes frothy.

    ➢  In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, olive oil, salt, and sugar. Pour in the yeast mixture and stir until a dough forms.

    ➢  Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1-2 hours until it doubles in size.

    ❖  Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).

    ❖  Once the dough has risen, punch it down and roll it out on a floured surface to your desired pizza size and thickness.

    ❖  Transfer the rolled-out dough to a pizza pan or baking sheet.

    ❖  Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border for the crust.

    ❖  Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the sauce.

    ❖  Evenly distribute the black olives, artichoke hearts, sun-dried tomatoes, and red onion over the cheese.

    ❖  Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese on top.

    ❖  Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly and melted.

    ❖  Once done, remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Sprinkle fresh basil leaves on top and drizzle with a bit of olive oil for extra flavor.

    ❖  Slice the pizza and serve hot. Enjoy your Mediterranean Magic Pizza!

    Feel free to adjust the toppings according to your preference or add some extra herbs like oregano or thyme for more Mediterranean flavor.

    2:BBQ Bonanza Pie

    Ingredients:

    For the pizza dough:

    ●  1 cup cooked chicken, shredded

    ●  1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced

    ●  1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

    ●  1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

    ●  1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)

    ●  Olive oil, for drizzling

    Instructions:

    ❖  Prepare the pizza dough:

    ➢  In a small bowl, dissolve the yeast in warm water and let it sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.
