MAKES 5

Preparation time: 30 minutes Cooking time: 20 minutes

■ 150ml/5fl oz milk
■ 500g/1lb plain flour
■ ½ tsp baking powder
■ 1 x 7g packet fast-action yeast
■ 1 tsp salt
■ 150ml/5fl oz plain yoghurt
■ 1 egg, lightly beaten
■ 40g/1½oz ghee or melted butter
■ 2 garlic cloves, minced
■ Parsley or coriander for garnish
