About this ebook
Come alongs as the adventures continue for Queen AlaHanDrea, her friends, her creatures and the inhabitants of Taurus 9. There's never a dull moment in a magical world of shapeshifting creatures, all working to attempt to live in harmony. Some social experiments were more successful than others, but they were all positive experiences with great results... or, were they? Queen Isabel felt confident that her plan to educate the humans, allowing them to experience daily interactions in the beast communities, would be successful, aiding in the peace efforts tremendously. She wasn't entirely wrong.

Ride or Die - Jeri Andrew
Chapter 1
W ow, this place is beginning to look more like a house, than a cave,
Mitchin said to Teresa.
You want me to be comfortable, don't you?
she replied rather sarcastically.
Sure, but, where did all of this stuff come from?
I can do magic...
You can, you can do magic... could you do magic before?
You mean, before I died? Oh no, not even a little bitty bit. It's really cool, too. I just love it!
Teresa’s replied with a touch of excitement in her voice.
Well, can you use it to tidy this place up some?
Mitchin was sounding a bit annoyed.
I dunno, I haven't tried!
Teresa was feeling rather mouthy.
Well, could you try?
Mitchin shot back at her.
I suppose I could!
She wasn’t sounding very convincing.
When was the last time you went for a swim or took a shower?
the irritated angel asked.
Oh, a couple of days ago, I think!
Teresa said nonchalantly.
Well, you may want to consider taking one today!
Mitchin not so politely remarked.
Ok sure. I'm sure I'll get around to it. If not today, tomorrow for sure!
It was becoming obvious that she was trying to push his buttons.
Listen, I'm going to be gone for a while. Don't wait up!
Mitchin said, then shut the door behind him.
Oh, well, ok. Have fun...
she said to the empty room.
Mitchin had been gone about an hour, when Teresa took a long, hot shower, fixed her hair, dressed kinda sexy and took off for the tree house Braynar had fashioned for her. She knew it was wrong, but she couldn't help herself.
She didn't care if arc angel did trump king of the world, she much preferred Braynar to Mitchin.
Mitchin didn't truly love her. He kept her like an object. She didn't want to be an angels object.
Oh, she was grateful that he brought her back from the dead, but ever since he did that, she had a thirst for blood and it only increased as the days went on.
She hadn't said anything to anyone about it and wasn't sure she was going to either!
She was about halfway to the treehouse when she ran across 3 young men, camping. They had a young woman with them. From the looks of things, the young woman did not volunteer to go on that trip!
It wasn't normal to have campers in Drakonia, except for hunters, or, those looking to
hide there deeds from other humans.
The wilderness just wasn't someplace for most people.
Teresa very quietly positioned herself on the trail, then cried out like she had fallen. She made sure they heard her crying.
The three men rushed over to check out who was making all the noise. When they saw Teresa, they got all kinds of excited!
"Well, hello there. I take it you've fallen? Are you o.k.? The tallest fella asked her.
No, my ankle really hurts. I think I may have broken it,
she lied.
Well, My name is Tom, that's my brother Tim and that's our buddy, James,
Tom told her. It's strange to find a woman alone in the wilderness, do you have people around that we can get for you?
"Hi Tom, Tim, James... Nice to meet Ya'll.
It's a shame I've hurt myself, you fellas look like a bunch of fun!
And no, there is no one that you can get for me. I like being in the wilderness by myself. It's kind of my thing."
"Okay well to each her own, then.
Ya, We try to be fun.
You like to party, pretty lady?"
You bet I do! Why wouldn't I?
Well here, let me help you to our camp.
Tom scooped her up in his arms and carried her back to their camp, smiling like he had hit pay dirt.
He still had her in his arms when his 2 friends left to get water from the creek.
As soon as they were out of site, she sank her new fangs into his neck and very quickly drained him of all of his blood.
She used her magic to put him in the tent like he was asleep, then waited for the others to come back.
She was adjusting her clothes, as if she was putting them back on, when his friends returned.
Where's Tom?
"That woos? I gave him some and he passed smooth out as soon as he was done. And he was done almost when he started! No fun at all!
And you know what? He has a little bitty wiener!"
The guys cracked up laughing when she said that.
Well, my wiener ain't little bitty and I won't pass out when I'm done,
Tim boasted.
Hey, James, go fetch us some more water for washing up, I'll get the fire going.
Tim said.
Sure, whatever...
James said, then went down to the creek.
He was in no ones hurry to get back, so, he fashioned a fishing pole and had a seat on the bank.
He laid back in the soft grass, watching the clouds roll on by and fell fast asleep.
Well, I know James, he'll be gone a minute, what say you and me have a little bit of fun?
Tim said to Teresa.
Sure thing, stud.
He went over to her and grabbed her by her hair... Then started kissing her neck. She returned the favor, grabbing his hair on the back of his head and pulling his head backwards, while she sank her fangs into his neck.
He fell to the ground, drained of every drop of his blood.
The girl they had tied up began screaming, so Teresa shut her up, acting as tho she was there to rescue her. The girls hands were tied to a tree branch above her head. Her blouse hung open where the guys had torn it open. Teresa smiled at the girl and said, Maybe I'll wait a minute before I release you, this looks like it could be fun...
then reached up and took both of the girls breasts in her hands, then kissed her right on her mouth! The girl began responding to Teresa's advances... Teresa leaned down and took one of the girls nipples in her mouth, a moment later, the girl was screaming in pain as all her blood drained out of her and into Teresa. She didn't scream for very long before she hung there, dead.
There was only one left and she had no intention of leaving him behind!
Teresa found him laying in the grass, asleep. It took her almost no time at all to completely drain him of his blood.
Once she was satisfied, she left the bodies lay and went on about her way to the tree house.
Teresa was surprised at what she had done, but she felt much better, stronger, more alive.
The daylight seemed to be bothering her a little, but she had never felt stronger or more energized.
She rationalized their deaths as them being part of the food chain.
Her and Braynar had a pretty good time, but Braynar saw a change in her. Her eyes were still dead looking. She wasn't the same girl as before she died.
Maybe there was a rule about reviving the dead for a reason...
Braynar didn't want to hurt her feelings, so, he told her that he was taking a sabbatical... Something he had to do in preparation for taking over the throne.
It didn't seem to bother her in the least.
Later that night, the news about the campers bodies being found, drained of blood, reached Braynar and the others.
Braynar had a bad feeling about it. A very bad feeling...
When Mitchin returned home, he couldn't go through the doorway! It was as if there was an invisible wall stopping him from going in!
He only knew of one thing that could cause that... Evil...
He hollered, Teresa, baby, are you home?
Yes, I am.
Are you alone?
Yes I am!
Oh no, I just got a call, be back shortly.
Hurry back, love!
Teresa yelled....
Braynar, hey, Bray, you around, dude?
Mitchin called out.
Ya, I'm here, sup, dude?
Bray, I'm afraid I may have created a monster!
Ya think?
He asked sarcastically.
Why, what's happened?
Mitchin asked.
4 campers were found dead, drained of their blood!
Braynar replied.
Oh no! Oh no....
Yes. 3 men and a woman.
"Oh no, Bray, what about the other girls?
I breathed life back into Jan, too!"
Braynar's heart almost stopped when Mitchin said that!
"Bray, when I went home, I wasn't able to enter my home. Teresa was in there and I couldn't get through the door!
Braynar was pacing the floor. We need to isolate Jan. Just for a little while, until we know for sure...
Braynar told him.
Jan! There you are. Come over here a minute, please, and let me have a look at you?
Braynar told her.
Why? What did I do?
She asked, feeling suddenly apprehensive.
You didn't do anything, sweet girl, I just want to see how well you are healing from the accident,
Braynar was trying to sound reassuring.
Well, o.k. do what you're going to do.
She told him.
"He looked deeply into her eyes, but saw only life.
Find what you were looking for?
Mitchin, I think she's o.k. I don't think she is infected,
Braynar told her.
Infected, infected with what?
Germs from the flood waters,
Braynar told her.
Well, that's a relief. I'm going to head back home, if I need you, can I call you?
Mitchin asked him.
Of course you can, bro, of course you can. Always...
Thanks Man.
So, what's going on with the angel?
Jan asked.
Now, now, gossip is a bad thing,
Braynar told her, to get out of answering difficult questions.
Prince Braynar, may I please ask you some questions?
Sure sweet girl, what's on your mind?
What are your intentions where I'm concerned? I mean, you kind of got stuck with me and the baby girl. What are your plans now that you own us?
Well, I was going to save this until your birthday, but, I guess now's a good time...
He pulled 2 boxes from behind his back. He gave her the tall box first.
For me?
Go ahead, open it,
he instructed.
Oh, Braynar! Wow! Oh wow! What a magnificent crown! But, why do I need a crown?
He handed her the smaller box.
Go ahead, open it.
Her eyes bulged when she saw the ring Inside.
Wh...wh...wh...what's this?
She asked.
Braynar got down on his knee, look, I know that you are very young, but when you come of age, I want you to become my wife. Until then, you are promised to me and only to me.
The purpose in dating is to find a suitable mate.
Do you think you can do better than the king of the world?"
"Well, no, I don't think I can do better than the king of the world, or the son of the king of the world! But more than that, I don't think I could ever do better than you, Braynar. You're not the only heir to that throne...
But you are the only you there is and prince, king or pauper, I could never do better than you. You're my hero!"
Braynar’s smile could not have gotten much bigger! So, you understand, no romantic stuff until you're older. You're still much too young to be touched. By anyone, even your husband, namely me.
"I understand. But Bray, I'm not that young. I have friends taken as wives, younger than me.
Once a girl gets her period, she's available to have her bride price met."
Maybe so, but I prefer my females full-grown. Look, you only get to be a kid once! Don't rush things.
Bray, baby, most young teens are sexually active.
Ya, well, you're not one of them. You're not going to be one of them, either. Grow up, first. Trust me on this. Grow up first.
So, what if your brother, Keithen takes a liking to me? I see how he looks at me.
Do you understand what it means to be mine?
Yes, Bray, I do understand,
she said, then made him sit in his chair. She put her
