    Ingredients:

    1 pre-made pizza dough (or you can make your own)

    1 cup black beans, cooked and drained

    1 cup corn kernels

    1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced

    1 small red onion, thinly sliced

    1 jalapeno pepper, thinly sliced (optional, for extra spice)

    1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese (or vegan cheese, if preferred)

    1/2 cup salsa of your choice

    1 avocado, diced

    Fresh cilantro leaves, for garnish

    Salt and pepper to taste

    Instructions:

    Preheat your oven to the temperature recommended on the pizza dough packaging.

    Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness. Transfer the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
