SHEET-PAN BREAKFAST PIZZA

This savory breakfast dish from Amanda Formaro at Amanda's Cookin’ will fill hungry bellies in the morning or evening. The flaky crescent roll crust is loaded with eggs, cheese and bacon, plus a tasty sausage gravy.
INGREDIENTS
16 ounces crescent roll dough (two 8-ounce cans)
16 ounces breakfast sausage
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 cups milk
1 tablespoon butter
12 eggs, beaten
2 cups shredded Colby Jack cheese
8 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
1 tablespoon chopped chives, divided
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray an 18” x 13” sheet pan with cooking spray.
2. Roll out crescent roll dough and spread in the pan, pinching the seams together. Bake for about 12 minutes, until the crust is lightly browned. Remove from the oven and set aside.
