    Keto Chocolate Cake

    Cooking Time: 30 minutes

    Ingredients:

    ●  1 cup almond flour

    ●  1/2 cup cocoa powder

    ●  1/2 cup erythritol

    ●  1 tsp baking powder

    ●  1/2 tsp baking soda

    ●  1/4 tsp salt

    ●  3 large eggs

    ●  1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

    ●  1/4 cup coconut oil, melted

    ●  1 tsp vanilla extract

    Instructions:

    Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease an 8-inch (20 cm) cake pan with coconut oil.

    In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

    In a separate bowl, beat the eggs until light and frothy. Add the almond milk, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract, and whisk until well combined.

    Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.

    Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
