YOU WILL NEED

4 small ripe pears, peeled, halved and cored
100g unsalted butter, softened
100g light muscovado sugar
2 medium free-range eggs
75ml skimmed milk
75g self-raising flour
50g dark chocolate (70% cocoa), melted
1tsp vanilla extract
30g cocoa

FOR THE CHOCOLATE DRIZZLE:
