This book seeks to not only highlight the different ways in which one can lose weight, but it serves as a personal guide to allow you to just flow in your most comfortable pace, on a peaceful journey towards dropping as much weight as desired, all while motivating you to keep going—especially if you’re in this on your own. It’s not about being insecure, not at all. In fact, being mindful of your weight might be the best thing you will ever do for yourself. For instance, let us acknowledge weight-related health conditions, type 2 diabetes, sleep apnea, high blood pressure, infertility, stroke, cancer… The list goes on. It is, therefore, in your best interest to look out for yourself to avoid falling victim to these gruesome conditions, which may actually be life-threatening. Worry not, though; this book really aims to hold your hand through it all, and the main focus here is shedding light on thermogenic, to be specific.
