This is not a book about using a difficult and strict diet and exercise to lose weight and keep it off. This book will give you a much easier way of doing both.
Why am I writing this book? Because I care!! It breaks my heart to watch people I love struggle with weight gain, go on constant diets, lose weight then put it back on, or worse still, risk their life and health by resorting to surgery to lose weight. I watch their health suffer because of bad choices that can be avoided.
People think I am against weight gain because of appearance. Not so! I am against weight gain because of the harm it can do to your body.
I have people say to me, You are so lucky not putting on weight. Your metabolism must be good.
