    Simple and Easy Pork Chops

    Ingredients


    6 pork chops

    2 teaspoons of Old Bay Seasoning

    2 eggs

    1 cup of buttermilk

    1 cup of cornmeal

    Salt and pepper, to taste.

    1 cup almond flour

    1 cup breadcrumbs


    Directions


    In a bowl, beat together the eggs and buttermilk.

    Take another bowl and add to it the Old Bay Seasoning, salt & pepper, almond flour, and cornmeal and mix thoroughly.

    Now dip each chop in the egg and milk mixture.

    Next, coat each chop with the flour mixture.

    Lastly, coat each chop thoroughly with the breadcrumbs.

    Arrange the pork chops on the cooking tray pre-lined with parchment paper.

    Select Air Fry mode on the air fryer display.

    Use Timer arrow to adjust the time to 22 minutes.

    Use Temp arrow to adjust the temperature to 400 degrees F.

    Once the display shows add food place the cooking tray on the middle rack of the Instant Vortex Air Fryer Oven.

    Close the door.

    Make sure to flip the pork chops after 10-11 minutes to cook evenly on both sides.

    Once done, serve

    Instant Vortex Air Fryer Pork Meatballs

    Prep: 20 Minutes | Cooking Time: 15 Minutes | Makes: 3 Servings


    Ingredients


    1 pound of pork, ground

    1 egg

    ¼ cup of Panko breadcrumbs

    ¼ cup of Parmesan cheese

    1 teaspoon of garlic powder

    1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce

    1 teaspoon salt and pepper, according to taste

    Oil spray


    Directions


    Mix all the listed ingredients together in a bowl until they are thoroughly combined.

    Make meatballs of medium size from the mixture.

    Place the meatballs evenly on the cooking tray and spray with oil.

    Select Air Fry mode on the air fryer display.

    Use Timer arrow to adjust the time to 16 minutes.

    Use Temp arrow to adjust the temperature to 380 degrees F.

    Once the display shows add food place the cooking tray on the middle rack of the Instant Vortex Air Fryer Oven.

    Close the door.

    Take out and serve when ready.

    Vortex Air Fryer Shepherd’s Pie

    Prep: 30 Minutes | Cooking Time: 60-75 Minutes | Makes: 4 Servings


    Ingredients


    4 large to medium-sized potatoes

    ¼ cup of warm milk

    2 teaspoons of melted butter

    Half cup of cheese of choice

    1 chopped onion

    2 minced garlic cloves

    1 pound of beef (or any other meat)

    1 cup diced mixed vegetables

    2 ounces of mixed brown gravy

    2 teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce

    Thyme leaves (dried)


    Directions


    Wash the potatoes, place them in a bowl and prick them thoroughly with a fork all over.

    To cook the potatoes, select Air Fry mode on the air fryer display.

    Use Timer arrow to adjust the time to 40-45 minutes.

    Use Temp arrow to adjust the temperature to 390 degrees F.

    Once the display shows add food place the cooking tray on the middle rack of the Instant Vortex Air Fryer Oven.

    Close the door.

    Take out the potatoes after the given time or when they become tender and allow to cool slightly.

    Remove the flesh from the centers of the cooked potatoes and place it in a bowl.

    Add cheese, milk, and butter and mash until smooth, then set aside.


    To make the meat filling:


    On the stove, add the meat, diced onions, and minced cloves to a frying pan. Cook over a medium flame until the meat is partially cooked.

    Then, add 1 cup of water, thyme leaves, gravy mix, and diced vegetables and bring the mixture to a boil.

    Once boiled, reduce to a simmer and continue to cook for 8-10 minutes.

    One cooked, spread the mixture evenly onto the cooking pan and top evenly with the potato mash.

    Place the pan on the lower rack inside the unit.

    Select Air Fry mode on the air fryer display.

    Use Timer arrow to adjust the time between 10-15 minutes.

    Use Temp arrow to adjust the temperature to 375 degrees F.

    Serve the delicious Shepherd’s Pie when cooked with a sprinkle of thyme leaves.

    Vortex Bacon-Wrapped Pork

    Prep: 20 Minutes | Cooking Time: 25 Minutes | Makes: 3 Servings


    Ingredients


    2 pounds of pork (tenderloin)

    10 bacon slices

    4 tablespoons of honey mustard

    1/2 cup of brown sugar

    1 teaspoon salt or according to taste

    ½ teaspoon of black pepper


    Directions


    Mix mustard and brown sugar in a bowl and stir in salt and pepper to taste.

    Dissolve the sugar into the mustard by stirring.

    Using paper towels, gently dry the pork to remove some of the moisture.

    Coat it well with the mustard and sugar mixture.

    Wrap the pork tenderloin evenly with the bacon slices, make sure the meat is secured.

    Place the meat in the air fryer cooking tray greased with oil.

    Select Air Fry mode on the air fryer display.

    Use Timer arrow to adjust the time between 25-30 minutes.

    Use Temp arrow to adjust the temperature to 400 degrees F.

    Once the display shows add food place the cooking tray on the middle rack of the Instant Vortex Air Fryer Oven.

    Close the door.

    Cook until meat reaches 145 degrees F.

    Serve and enjoy!

    Vortex Air Fryer Cheeseburger Sliders

    Prep: 22 Minutes | Cooking Time: 10 Minutes | Makes: 2-4 Servings


    Ingredients


    1.5 pounds of preferred meat

    4 ounces of sliced cheddar cheese (for topping)

    4 teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce

    2 teaspoons of garlic powder

    2 teaspoons of Ranch Seasoning

    Salt and pepper, to taste

    Oil spray, for greasing

    To serve:

    Burger buns or other rolls of choice

    Condiments, as preferred


    Directions


    Mis all the main ingredients together in a bowl.

    Form into medium-sized balls and flatten the balls into patties.

    Mist with oil spray.

    Place the patties evenly on the cooking tray.

    Select Air Fry mode on the air fryer display.

    Use Timer arrow to adjust the time between 10 minutes.

    Use Temp arrow to adjust the temperature to 400 degrees F.

    Once the display shows add food place the cooking tray on the middle rack of the Instant Vortex Air Fryer Oven.

    Close the door.

    Make sure to flip the patties after 5 minutes.

    Cook for another 5 minutes and add cheese in the last minute.

    When ready, take out, and serve the patties with the buns and condiments of your choice.

    Vortex Air Fryer Mojo Cajun Pork Loin

    Prep: 20 Minutes | Cooking Time: 30-35 Minutes | Makes: 3 Servings


    Ingredients


    1.5 pounds of pork tenderloin

    4 cloves of garlic, crushed or finely chopped

    1/4 teaspoon of salt, or according to taste

    ¼ cup of orange juice

    4 teaspoon of lime juice

    4 tablespoons of olive oil

    2 teaspoons of chopped oregano

    1/6 teaspoon of ground cumin


    Directions


    Roast the pork loin with no more than ½ inches of fat on it.

    Take a bowl and add all the other ingredients to it, mixing well.

    Coat the cooked pork the mixture and marinate in the refrigerator for 24 hours.

    Remove from marinade, and inject some marinade into the meat.

    Take some aluminum foil and tightly wrap it around the pork loin.

    Place the pork on the cooking tray.

    Select Bake Mode on the air fryer display.

    Use Timer arrow to adjust the time between 10 minutes.

    Use Temp arrow to adjust the temperature to 350 degrees F.

    Once the display shows add food place the cooking tray on the middle rack of the Instant Vortex Air Fryer Oven.

    Close the door.

    Take out the pork loin after 10 minutes and remove the foil.

    Put it back into the air fryer and use the Timer arrow to adjust the time to between 15-20 minutes.

    Remove the pork loin once cooked and slice it before serving.

    You are good to go!

    Vortex Air Fryer Mini Bourbon Gouda-Stuffed Meat Loaves

    Prep: 22 Minutes | Cooking Time: 12 Minutes | Makes: 4 Servings


    Ingredients


    2 pounds of meat, ground

    1/3 cup of breadcrumbs

    1/3 red onion, chopped

    4 minced garlic cloves

    2 eggs

    4 teaspoons of chili sauce

    4 teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce

    4 teaspoons of bourbon

    4 ounces of sliced Gouda cheese


    Ingredients For the Sauce

    ¼ cup of ketchup

    ¼ cup of brown sugar

    4 teaspoons of bourbon

    1 teaspoon red pepper flakes, crushed


    Directions


    In a bowl, thoroughly mix the bourbon into the breadcrumbs.

    Add the lightly beaten egg, red onions, minced garlic cloves, chili sauce, mix well, then add the meat.

    Add the Worcestershire sauce and gently mix all the ingredients thoroughly.

    For the stuffing, divide the meat into 4 equal parts to form patties.

    Divide the Gouda cheese equally between the middles of each patty.

    Seal in the cheese using the meatloaf mixture and make sure it is sealed properly.

    Follow the same steps to make the remaining meatloaves.

    Put all the meatloaves onto two cooking trays pre-lined with parchment paper.

    Select Bake Mode on the air fryer display.

    Use Timer arrow to adjust the time between 12 minutes.

    Use Temp arrow to adjust the temperature to 400 degrees F.

    Once the display shows add food place the cooking tray on the middle rack of the Instant Vortex Air Fryer Oven.

    Close the door.

    Meanwhile, make some sauce for the meatloaves: Add ketchup, brown sugar, bourbon, and crushed red pepper flakes to a bowl and mix well.

    Take out the meatloaves after 10 minutes and pour the sauce equally over them.

    Put them back in the air fryer for another 2 minutes.

    Serve when the meatloaves become bubbly.
