ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS
This book arose from conversations with people who noticed I had a unique style of giving advice and supporting friends and family members who were anxious, had a problem, and needed a sympathetic ear and sound guidance to solve their difficulties. My appreciation goes to the Almighty God, who inspired me to write this book.
AN OPENING STATEMENT
Many people are experiencing stressful situations these days as a result of relationship problems in their families, workplaces, organizations, or with friends.
Most of them believe that other people are to blame for their stress, and they work tirelessly to persuade others to change their attitudes, habits, and behaviors toward them.
They fail the majority of the time because they are using the wrong tools.
INTRODUCTION
I have a passion for listening to others, coaching and assisting them to overcome their relationship problems that have caused a great deal of stress on them. It is one of those things that you can wake me up at any time of the day and I will be so happy to do it.
People will define stress in different ways and respond to it in different ways. Stress is the body's non-specific reaction to any demand for change. To put it another way, stress is what you feel when you are worried or uneasy about something. Worrying in your head can make you feel bad in your body.
