Here’s a question for you to consider: Why do people procrastinate? Do you think it’s a time management problem or a lack of discipline? That’s a common understanding of procrastination — but in reality, it’s not a time management problem. Surprise!
Procrastination is actually an emotional problem. It has to do with how we feel about doing a task. And how you feel about doing a task can undermine any of the logical planning you’ve done independently of how you feel. Until you can harmonize your goals with how you feel about a task, you’re going to be dealing with procrastination.
That being said, there is something you can do to manage procrastination when it sneaks in. The goal of this course is to help you learn how to do just that — and more. The tools and techniques I share in this
