Sometimes you need to give your body a rest from what you have been eating regularly, such as meats, especially those that take quite a bit of time to digest and to rid the body of toxins that came in through certain foods eaten. And in this book I discuss how I lost 170lbs, beat obesity twice and sculpted an eating and overall nutrition plan.

Kyla Latrice, MBA is a Global Entrepreneur, Global Philanthropist, Global Speaker and two time Domestic Violence and two time Obesity survivor (losing over 170lbs). She resides in Memphis, Tennessee where she spearheads Lady Mirage Global and oversees twenty-six global Corporations (that she founded, inclusive of nonprofits to help women and men around the world). Ms. Latrice is a private institution (where she created and conducted many service learning trips revolving around health and wellness; in addition to her corporate works at "Health Restaurants") graduate of a Bachelor of Arts in Women's Studies, Biology (pre-medicine) and Psychology and a Certificate in Conflict Resolution along with an MBA in Business. She has worked with over 20 community organizations and helped others to succeed and reach their goals. In her spare time she enjoys mountains, bike riding, oceans and of course, Salads, Soups, Stews and Smoothies. in life; overlooked, betrayed, not good enough, slandered, mistreated, misunderstood, misrepresented and even treated unfairly because of their weight or how they looked on the outside to others, when in fact, on the inside there’s greater.
