PREFACE

I have observed in myself and in the observation of others that when man gives into the temptation of anger by voice, action, or attitude, an unseen, uncaring, unloving, and unforgiving force takes over. At that point the man has relinquished control to that force, then the man is a slave to that force for a period of time until control can be returned to the spirit. The earthly man is constantly being swayed by his earthly endeavors. We all fall victim to this. I believe the trick is to be fully aware of this enigma.

Most of us go through life led by our desires, and emotions. This is especially true in our relationships with others. For example, when we experience a hurt it affects us emotionally. At that point we are still in control, it is at that point where we tend to make a crucial mistake. The mistake is nonacceptance of the perceived wrong or event.

Our serenity is directly proportional to our level of acceptance.

I can only begin by saying I am not a professional writer. It is only through years of self-induced prisons that I’m forced to pen the events that have led to where I am at today. Through reading this I hope you’ll discover the truth within yourself, about who you really are. The truth is that there’s not a short answer to that question. It is actually a lifelong journey of discovery that lies within each and every one of us!
