About this ebook

The duality of man is a fact of life for every human being. Our job as humans should consist of training the flesh to be in subjection to the spirit. We are never fully at peace from the war that is constantly being waged against our spirit. Whether or not we are tuned in to our spirit, it is there, very much alive, and it is usually dominated by the flesh.

    FOREWORD

"The Warriors Guide Under Armor" and the original work The Warriors Guide were both written with a desire to save lives. It has been argued that addiction is incurable. With the information within these pages it can not only be treated and managed but in essence ‘cured’. By stopping addiction within yourself, the chain reaction can be broken, and another life can be saved, through your example.

Allowing God to have and maintain control of your inner-man is the main goal, thus denying your base desires, access and control of your daily life. God can and does reside within you, once you harness the power of love. Love is our one true never ending power source.

The Creator is gracious enough to allow His creation to live as we choose to live. He wants us to choose wisely and love one another; when we do that we are showing Him love. One thing to keep in mind is that who we serve on earth is who we will serve in eternity.

    I Timothy 6:7

    (7) We brought nothing into this world, and we will carry nothing out.

Question: What will we leave behind?

    INTRODUCTION

The duality of man is a fact of life for every human being. Our job as humans should consist of training the flesh to be in subjection to the spirit. Whether or not we are tuned in to our spirit, it is there, very much alive, and it is usually dominated by the flesh … …

    Romans 6:16

Do you not know that to whom you present your selves slaves to obey, you’re that ones slaves whom you obey whether of sin leading to death, or of obedience leading to righteousness?

    PREFACE

I have observed in myself and in the observation of others that when man gives into the temptation of anger by voice, action, or attitude, an unseen, uncaring, unloving, and unforgiving force takes over. At that point the man has relinquished control to that force, then the man is a slave to that force for a period of time until control can be returned to the spirit. The earthly man is constantly being swayed by his earthly endeavors. We all fall victim to this. I believe the trick is to be fully aware of this enigma.

Most of us go through life led by our desires, and emotions. This is especially true in our relationships with others. For example, when we experience a hurt it affects us emotionally. At that point we are still in control, it is at that point where we tend to make a crucial mistake. The mistake is nonacceptance of the perceived wrong or event.

Our serenity is directly proportional to our level of acceptance.

I can only begin by saying I am not a professional writer. It is only through years of self-induced prisons that I’m forced to pen the events that have led to where I am at today. Through reading this I hope you’ll discover the truth within yourself, about who you really are. The truth is that there’s not a short answer to that question. It is actually a lifelong journey of discovery that lies within each and every one of us! Sadly our physical environment has us so entranced by our desires and wants
