About this ebook
This book was written to teach children ways they can increase their energy levels, as well as teach them names of different parts of their body. I tried to plant a seed to teach children some constructive habits that help them stay healthy and involved in life.

Alison Brause has dabbled in languages on her journey through life, including Sign Language, Spanish, and Portuguese. She enjoys playing with language to introduce topics that are complex or can at times be taboo. She has been acquainted with several Martial Arts: Hopkido, Tai Chi, Ikido., and Copeira. These can be used to leverage chi to create a surprising turn of events. This book was an attempt to use language the way a Martial Artist uses Chi, to create a humorous turn of events.
