This book is dedicated to my husband and children. They have inspired me on this journey, and they constantly reminded me, ‘Are you finished with it?’
My love is unconditional.
Everything I do, I do for them.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS
To like-minded people, thank you for purchasing my book. I know you will be able to relate to what I have written as I have exposed some of the most personal and never-been-told parts of my life. It’s not for fame, but to share with you that you are not alone. Unconditional love.
To my husband—my choice, my headache, yet my reason—thank you. Thank you for always believing in me, for always seeing me for who I truly am and not what I think I am based on the opinions of others. You always had that trust in me. To you, I am eternally grateful for you coming into my life. Since we met, my entire life has changed, and you made me the woman I am today. Unconditional love.
My children and legacy, each one of you has taught me how to become a better person for you all. You made me a mother. You all are so special to me, and I am so glad you chose me as your mother. I promise you I will do whatever it takes to groom you into future leaders and strong women. Unconditional love.
To my sisters and brothers who stayed by my side regardless of my imperfections, my mistakes, and my tantrums, you all invested in me in so many ways that I am forever grateful for you. I am so honoured that you are part of my life. What I love most about you is that you all correct me when I am wrong but still accept me as a sister. You advise me on things that matter and not demand what I should do. You offer me a shoulder to cry on without seeing that as a sign of weakness but as a support to say I am not alone. You listen to me without judgement. You guide me without the need of controlling me. And lastly, you are my mirror. Unconditional love.
Especially to the ones who have constantly told me that I am not good enough, that I won’t make it in life, that I will die painfully, and that I will walk the streets mad as a hatter, thank you! You all have given me the strength to prove you wrong and, most importantly, to prove to myself that I have what it takes to become someone you can’t dream of becoming. Unconditional love.
And for my mother, the woman who did the best thing ever, which was to bring me into this world, I love you. Over the years, our relationship has changed. And today the events made me into a woman that I never thought I could be. The different situations I went through, I never believed I had the strength to come out of them. Up to this day, I have
