    Dear Friend,

    I’d like to take a quick minute to share with you why I’ve written this little book. I may be classified by my degree and license as a Chiropractor and Personal Training Professional; however, I’m really just a life long student finding ways to experience maximum health and joy. I’ve spent my life thus far from a small child being interested in health and wellness as I was overweight and developed insecurities about being ‘fat’ and looking unhealthy.

    From starvation dieting at age 8, joining a gym and getting into organized exercise from 14 years of age, to studying health through school, university and college, I am still learning, reading, practicing and growing every day in healthy living. After all, I do believe that great health and happiness is not a destination but a JOURNEY.
