Jewel Harper, BA, MPA, MDiv, is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley; the University of Southern California; and Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena, California. She is a chaplain at a Substance Abuse Rehabilitation Center in Dallas Texas. Jewel continues to have a passion for those who are hurting. Most of her life she has been involved in public service which includes the following areas: hospice care, urban ministries, bereavement support groups, and youth mentoring and big brothers and sisters programs. These are just a sample of her desire and love for others and the community. She continues to speak and teach about spirituality in addiction she is also a member of The McKinney 1st Baptist Church, Delta Sigma Theta, and Association of Christian Counselors. She enjoys traveling the globe; Jewel resides in Texas and California
