    To change your diet from run-of-the-mill to gluten-free & preservative-free, takes some planning and a lot of reading of the fine print. But you can do it with some new thoughts and ‘thinking outside the box’. You have to be vigilant in reading product labels. I am offering only gluten-free and preservative free recipes. However, these recipes can be adapted to exclude or include, any or all, dietary requirements.

    Most supermarkets have a reasonable range of gluten free/preservative free products available - you need to check it out!

    Store in a labelled, sealed container [the label prevents confusion of other items such as salt and sugar].

    I have made a conscious effort to feed my family 5 vegetables and 2 pieces of fruit each day. Often we exceed the minimum requirement.
