1/3 cup (80ml) soy sauce, plus2 tablespoons extra500g pork mince500g beef mince1 egg1 onion, grated or finely chopped1 teaspoon fennel seeds¼ cup chopped flat-leaf parsley¼ cup chopped sage leaves2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil2 x 400g cans finely chopped tomatoes¾ cup (180ml) water2 tablespoons brown sugar
