My dear friend suffered with breast cancer on both sides. It was an aggressive type four years ago. She went through surgery, chemotherapy, and radiation. She said, I want to live. I want to change my life style, eat healthy food and boost my immune system and energy level, in order to restore my health and prolong my life.
She believes in positive thinking because it can increase your level of energy and strengthen your body. Avoid the consumption of negative thoughts and keep your hope, faith, and willingness strong to retain a high standard of strength and resistance.

Mental Exercises To Maintain Healthy Body
Remove your fear from your mind, you must see yourself well. Many physical conditions can actually be endangered when the body is in a state of stress. Maintain having faith and hope within yourself. That can reduce a state of stress and produce a positive state of mind which can lead you to the state of relaxation. The value of relaxation can reduce blood pressure, decrease heart disease risk, ease sleeping problems and boost immune system to maintain a healthy body physically and mentally.
Facial Wrinkles Exercises
Retain youthful appearance. The skin is the largest sensory and the vital organ of the body. The skin breathes and renews itself about every month. Facial (muscles) fatigue is due to diminished circulation and poor metabolic process. Facial dehydration is due to lack of water. When the skin is exposed to the sun for a long time, it will appear rough and scaly. Acid, poor diet and other waste products stiffen the muscles of the skin and when it dries out, wrinkles appear on the skin. Avoid constipation. To eliminate foreign matter in your system, consume fruits and vegetables. The green vegetables of the leafy type will help transport oxygen to the skin. Oxygen is life itself and the more oxygen, the more health you will have. The purpose of facial wrinkle exercise techniques is to strengthen the dermal layer of the skin and to increase circulation. Before facial wrinkle exercises, wash your face with cold water to wake up the red cells and make them active which increases the blood flow on the surface of the skin. It also makes your skin beautiful and healthy and helps the skin to stimulate circulation in that layer of tissue. Keep hydrated by drinking water to help the skin stay moisturized. Limit sun exposure because the sun dries out and damages the skin. Get enough sleep, avoid alcohol and cigarettes. To begin facial passage, apply moisturizer and your favorite anti-age cream. Massaging increases blood circulation by restoring blood flow for the facial wrinkles. Face massages also relieve muscle tension and improve
