A Call to The Nations

Matthew 25:31 When the Son of man shall come in his glory, and all the holy angels with him, then shall he sit upon the throne of his glory: 32 And before him shall be gathered all nations: and he shall separate them one from another, as a shepherd divideth his sheep from the goats 33 And he shall set the sheep on his right hand, but the goats on the left. 34 Then shall the King say unto them on his right hand, Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world 35 For I was an hungred, and ye gave me meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink: I was a stranger, and ye took me in: 36 Naked, and ye clothed me: I was sick, and ye visited me: I was in prison, and ye came unto me. 37 Then shall the righteous answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungred, and fed thee? or thirsty, and gave thee drink? 38 When saw we thee a stranger, and took thee in? or naked, and clothed thee? 39 Or when saw we thee sick, or in prison, and came unto thee? 40 And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me. 41 Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels: 42 For I was an hungred, and ye gave me no meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me no drink 43 I was a stranger, and ye took me not in: naked, and ye clothed me not: sick, and in prison, and ye visited me not. 44 Then shall they also answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungred, or athirst, or a stranger, or naked, or sick, or in prison, and did not minister unto thee? 45 Then shall he answer them, saying, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye did it not to one of the least of these, ye did it not to me. 46 And these shall go away into everlasting punishment: but the righteous into life eternal. When the son of man shall come in His glory, and all the holy angels with Him, but what will be upon the throne of His glory? Notice through all of the works of Jesus, through His earthly ministry He called himself the son of man, He still is the son of man, He came back to us the son of man in all of His glory. He took on the form of man, He still has the form of man, He chose to be forever associated with mankind, and be even as we are. He chose to die as the son of man, as we stand we will be judged by Him, as the son of man. He paid for our redemption, He laid the foundation for us and it is to judge us. He isn’t going to judge us for how much money we have, or how many souls we have saved, but is He going to judge us by how we obeyed Him? If we have done these things, it is amazing if we have done these things.

Recently this happened to a friend of mine at a convention as he sat in the meeting, my friend said the Holy Ghost got upon him and He stripped him down and took the covering off him, this big man, and began to deal with them. He knew the Holy Ghost did it, he didn’t know what the results would be, he didn’t know if they were going to throw him out, or what they were going to do with him but He obeyed the Holy Ghost. These young men fell on their faces and they said, We will help met the needs. This man got up and turned to Matthew 24 and begin to read it; they said, We never thought about it being the Christians or us that he was talking about. We never thought about feeding the hungry, we didn’t know that it was important.

Until the Lord imparts it to you that they teach what they teach not what they preach. The word as it is, is what we are going to be judged on. Because He brought it all to us and He expects us to fulfill that command for Him, just as He has said, We will stand, just as He has said, To give an answer God has called us, according to His word to fulfill His Word. The son of man, who gave up His position in glory, but will come again in this glory, He will share with His body this glory which He said He has called us to glory. He has prepared for us a place because the things of this world have tried to destroy all mankind and remove them from the creation that God has made. But we have a responsibility for God to do what this word commands us to do, and I believe we haven’t seen the beginning, but it is going to be very mighty, very rapid, the world is going to know.

I spoke a word the other day, I don’t remember where it was found, it reminded me of what God has spoken, that through the brotherly kindness, benevolence, giving, obedience to God to meet the needs of one another, and to love one another, through this the world is going to know who God is. Even as this thing that is going on here, even with it, the people have to know that it is God, we can’t do anything else with it, I’m not lying to them.

So as we obey the Lord, and as we launch out, and see the miracles of God in the natural things bring to pass the natural things that God is God. And He deals in the little things as well as the big things, and He says, The things you do no one can do, only I can do them. And no man will be able to say that they can sit in this place and say they will do it. He is doing it and we need to realize He has; by arising with rejoicing. and praise, and thanksgiving to God. He will pour the energy in who gives and does, and He told us to do without doing backbiting and the other junk the devil wants to put on us under the anointing. Only God can do what’s being done here, you are His helpers, but you couldn’t do it without Him, and we can only give it through Him.

I praise Him because it’s through these things that mean and women that don’t know God, and don’t look at the spiritual things, they are going to look at the things that are supernatural, and going to have to acknowledge that it is God. They can’t get away from it because of the way God is doing it. We see these big food banks, they fold up because they don’t get enough money. We are giving God the glory, it is absolutely God who is doing it, and we don’t want it any other way. We know of any other way of the outpouring spirit in His work in the world today. We need to arise and shake ourselves, today we need to realize how blessed we are to be called of Him to do His work.

And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come. Matthew 24:14

So this gospel of the kingdom is exactly what we are doing; we are seeing the fulfillment but we haven’t gone to all the nations.

What is the witness? We have to go, and this gospel shall be preached to all nations; and then the end shall come.

What is the witness to all nations? He will fulfill His words, I believe He will expand His word to succeed in meeting the needs of the people. I believe the Lord will move in the natural. I believe that the people who don’t know anything about the spiritual will move to bring forth the spiritual, and He will bring forth the natural. I believe we are going to see the more astonishing things God will bring in the natural, because God will bring. That we will never go into a church but they are God’s people, and they are bringing them unto Him. So the son of man shall come in His glory and His angels with Him. He has given unto us His kingdom power, glory, and then this gospel is preached to all nations.

I believe God is going to do some shaking. He kept telling me through the years about communism taking over the world, the Lord told me, Communism was taking over the world. He showed me it would go in China to break ancestor worship and destroy all these things that prevent God from showing Himself. He also showed me that in these other countries there are a lot of Moslems and Buddhists; but one day the son of man will be revealed as the son of man and God, He will show forth His glory.

We look at all of the glory in the world today, the Lord says we shall arise. It doesn’t matter how many powers, if the Lord is on our side, but we have the victory if we have Him on our side. God’s called us, and what God has called us to do, we need to do it. We need to get our eyes off the circumstances, realizing how much martyrdom is in the world today. They who are being martyred, they are going to know him. It says the knowledge of His glory, with the earth waters covering the sea, people think it looks black. That’s when God shows who He is, He says,

But unto you that fear my name shall the Sun of righteousness arise with healing in his wings; Malachi 4:2

I want to go where He wants me to go, so I can move where God wants me to move, for one day we will stand, we know that if we obey Him, not the works of man. The only way we will do it is by God’s way when this gospel is preached to all nations. The whole world’s out there, they tell me the spirit of the world is moving. The spirit is going all over the world, most of the world is in darkness. We can’t get by with it.

What did we do with what God gave us? We can share in the praises that God has given us, I praise God for that, and receive from Him. You don’t know how great the victory is for the big battle, but when that battle is won, there’s victory. I opened up this way, He zoomed right into my heart, it is written on my heart. He put us through all that to bring us out into a wealthy place, into the riches of His glory, into the realm that man can comprehend from the realm of the spirit of God; which only God can give to us. We move in it for His glory and for His purpose and His reward.

Praise God, He told me I was ready to go to Africa and take the whole of Africa for Him. I was ready, but I wasn’t ready. I was ironing clothes one day, and God said, It took Moses 40 years to be trained in Pharaoh’s court, he thought God was going to stop there, but He didn’t. It took another 40 years on the hillside on the desert. I got the point it, if it takes 40 years to train me to go to Africa, then 40 years it would be, I never pestered Him again. Years mean nothing, He said, Whatever He permitted to come into my life, to take it as part of the preparation of the call for what He had given me.

I wouldn’t have chosen the path He put me on. Here I was I had an understanding, I wasn’t out of God’s will ,I wasn’t out of his plan, but it was a strange one. Some 40 years later the Lord says to me, I want you to go to Africa. I didn’t have a school then, I had no one with me. I said, I have to write a letter to these people and ask if I can come. I said, It isn’t according to protocol for me to write a letter and tell them I am coming. He said, It is according to My call to do it.

I met these people, and the Lord said, You tell them you are coming. That was in 1976, in Nigeria, they just had assassinated the military ruler and they had just had civil war. It was in a bad state of affairs, it was in a war zone, the Lord said, Go and do it.

I got to San Francisco to get my VISA, I had to go through Lagos to see if they will permit me to come into the country. He called Lagos while I was there, set it all up while I was there, and I went to Lagos alone in 1976.

I arrived in Lagos and I didn’t know that Port Harcourt was 500 miles away. My agent didn’t tell me, he didn’t make the proper arrangements. I wrote a letter and said I was coming. I got into Lagos and said I was coming. My friend called the airport and said, She is somewhere, put her on the airlines. But I didn’t look on the airlines, I went to this place and I met a couple of American’s where I spent the weekend. My friend was looking for me everywhere, can’t find me, knows I came into Lagos from America. I went to this church where the people are still a part of what we have. I stood there and the Lord told me, There is another address I want to put in your book before you leave from Africa. It was that address that helped me in Lagos; I went there and I spent the weekend. I rode a bus 500 miles, I never rode a bus without getting sick, and I never got hungry, it took 11 hours. They sent a little preacher boy with me, he was supposed to know English but he only knew a few words, he was with me. My friend made me lunch bread, a can of sardines, and hot water for tea. I ate after I got to where I was going. This fellow took me directly to the people I needed to see, my friend was his sister. They got my letter the day before I arrived and she was looking for me, Agnes, you just be at home here. Who comes in? her sister-in-law says, You are going to be very happy, there is someone that wants to see you. She walked into that room and she was so amazed and shocked, she thought it was me.

They were having a crusade in Port Harcourt where there was a big platform with hundreds of black people on that field, and discovered there I came. Wednesday she came after me and we went to the big crusade, God had perfect timing.

When I got to New York the Lord reminded me, it was Easter time 40 years before when he called me in my heart for Africa. 40 years to the day that I stood on that platform to Africa, and now I was in Nigeria at that time. It wasn’t what I had done, it was what God had done.
