About this ebook
Book inspired by vegan food, has discussions about different types of foods whilst encouraging people to try their own cooking experiments using purely vegan ingredients. The author is a very genuine supporter of animal liberation.
Book starts with a longer-than-expected preface (about 1000 words), to address issues such as vegan or balanced (flexible) dieting, animal rights and reasons why the book is being written yet also constantly improved. This proceeds with an A-Z of most vegan foods with some food contained in other subheadings, so although not every subheading is possible, a vast amount of foods are considered and mentioned - with subheadings such as 'Ancient grains', 'Organic', 'Stone-fruit' and much more.
The publication ends with a section called conclusive notes in alphabetical order as well which contains sections such as 'Alcohol', 'Fasting' and 'Substitutions', along with many other issues involved with a more vegan approach to dieting/cooking that are worth a mention.

Animal Liberation Vegan Food - T.A. Flower
Preface
This book is a vegan recipe pamphlet designed to be full of great discussions about food. Discussions because there is so much to say from my end of things – yet with additional reading in lots of good recipes searchable and free online, I really hope my years of practice at vegan dishes helps explain the topic broadly and cleverly. The author’s pen name, T.A. Flower is an alias, so it’s very hard to establish credibility, but all I can say is my discussions are from years and years of practice, along with genuine concern for people’s health and animal rights, hence vegan.
I shall discuss, fruits, pasta, rice, oats, other cereals, citrus fruits, carrots of their many colours, well, most things are covered, but it is vegan, so fish and meat are not possible. No proper recipes nor step-by-step are here, I thought make that clear – it’s more about encouraging others about cooking from scratch, turning more vegan along with respecting animal rights – however, there are lots of good recipes online for further research. If you can think of a topic you want me to add let me know on the comments of the book or in your review, and, it’s only a minimal cost, e.g. a dollar where possible on most sites, so I think that gives me that credibility, that concern I say I have for others, is reflected in the price, it’s almost the minimum Smashwords price for a sold book/publication/project. Hence, the basic layout, the rustic presentation, the focus is on the reading experience, not the pictorial, as it keeps the project simple yet productive. It’s a nice relaxing topic to read about, plus there are lots of appetizing photos that you can see when viewing your own searches and recipes online, so in my book’s situation the writing and thus reading is meant to be as good as it is informative.
It's like an Irish recipe book in terms of the idea of constructing easy to follow, easy to make and deliciously wicked foods under the rules of vegan cooking – i.e. no meat nor meat-related products. Yet in fact, due to ‘T.A’s’ flower power of enthusiasm for vegan cooking, and flower
