Lose the Weight Fast
It’s scientifically proven that the best time to start a new diet was six months ago. Shit! Thanks a lot past self. But, the second-best time is right now. Don’t disappoint your future self.
So, why do you want to lose weight? For starters, if you ever had to run for your life, you don’t want to die.
There are also other reasons, such as being healthy and living long enough to get your pension, but most people just want to look good naked and get laid more often — much more often.
I promised losing fat with no exercise. It’s perfectly fine if the only physical exercise you want to do is chewing. It’s also perfectly fine if, when you do workout, your rest time between exercises is three months.
The longest minute in your life is the last 60 seconds counting down on the treadmill. You don’t need to put yourself through that pain.
You also don’t want to go to the grocery store and buy only healthy food. The problem with that is, later in the day, you’ll open your refrigerator, and there will be nothing good to eat. You don’t want to eat a bunch of terrible food you hate just to lose weight. Life is too short to eat shitty food. You can lose weight eating whatever you normally eat — food you actually enjoy.
Also, no one wants to screw around measuring food and counting calories. You don’t need to do that to lose weight either.
But, you won’t just magically lose fat by doing nothing. There are, in fact, a few simple, fast, and easy things you must do during the day to lose weight. If you don’t do anything, and simply make the New Year’s resolution that you want to lose 10 pounds of fat this year, halfway through the year, you’ll realize you have 14 pounds to go.
The One Simple Thing You Must Do
Now, I know anyone smart enough to read a fine book written by Zane Rozzi is surely an extraordinarily wise and capable individual of exceptional taste and talent. But, as promised, this weight-loss method is going to be very easy to remember and apply so that anyone can do it.
This idiot-proof system is divided into two types of days. Even days and odd days. Now, I don’t mean odd days, as in odd like unusual, as in something really fucked up happened. Because, for many of us, that would be every day. I mean odd as in the definition of an odd number. A number that cannot be divided exactly by 2. For example, one, three, five, seven, and so on. I’m not going to list the whole damn month.
Just to be a smartass, and stretch this shitty odd day pun joke as far as I can, I’m going to make the odd days the normal days in your routine, and apply the first rule, instead, to the even days.
Without further rambling, here is the first rule, the even day rule:
You can still eat everything you would normally eat, as promised. You can still go to restaurants with your friends and order whatever you like. The only thing you have to do, if the calendar day is an even day, is divide all of your portions exactly in half. You’re going to cut your calorie intake in half. No measuring, no weighing, no counting, and no screwing around estimating calories. Simply cut everything on your plate in half. Done and done.
What do you do with the other half of your meal? That’s entirely your choice. Get creative. You could use it as ammo and have a good old-fashioned food fight; restaurant staff love it when you do that. It doesn’t really matter what you do with the other half, as long as you don’t eat it and add it to your
