    BBQ Meatloaf for Lunch

    Ingredients Needed

    ●  ½ pound ground beef

    ●  ½ pound ground pork

    ●  1 egg

    ●  ¼ cup celery (chopped)

    ●  ½ teaspoon pepper

    ●  ½ cup BBQ sauce

    ●  1 teaspoon oil

    ●  ¼ cup green bell pepper (chopped)

    ●  ¼ cup onion (chopped)

    ●  1 teaspoon salt

    Method of Preparation

    Preheat the air fryer to 400 F.

    Take a bowl and place the beef, pork, egg, celery, pepper, bell pepper, onion, and salt. Using your hands, mix all the ingredients until well combined.

    Take a greased baking pan (air fryer basket fitting size) and place the meat mixture forming a loaf.

    Place it in the air fryer and let it cook for 25 minutes. After the 25 minutes, take out the meatloaf and cover with the BBQ sauce using a cooking brush.

    Set air fryer to 160 F and place meatloaf inside again and let it cook for 7 more minutes.

    Slice, serve, and enjoy.
