    Chicken Pot Pie (Double Trouble)

    Serving Size: 6-8 Person

    Cooking Time: 2 hours

    Ingredients:

    4 Tablespoons of Almond butter

    2 leeks (Cut into squares)

    1 tablespoon of salt or according to taste

    4-5 tablespoon of all-purpose flour

    4 tablespoon of Chopped Fresh Parsley

    0.9 lbs Chicken Stock

    2-3 medium sized Carrots (Diced thin)

    1.5 cup of hash browns, onions and peppers (Cut into Cubes)

    1-1.5 lbs chicken (Chopped and cooked)

    1 egg

    For Pie Shell

    1 cup whole wheat flour

    1 teaspoon salt

    1/2 cup olive oil

    4 tablespoons water

    21 tablespoons whole wheat flour, Process:

    Heat the oven at 375°F, 10-20 minutes before baking the pot pie. Take a pan or a skillet and melt the butter on a low heat. Make sure you don’t burn it. When the butter is completely melted, add the cubes of leeks in the butter and coat them nicely. Coat them nicely and sauté for 2-3 minutes.

    Sprinkle the flour while and keep stirring to coat the leeks completely. Now pour in the chicken stock and keep stirring. When the mixture comes to boil and becomes a bit thick, add rest of the ingredients (vegetables, chicken and seasoning). Cook the mixture on low heat.

    Take a bowl and add 3/4 cup of whole wheat flour and salt together in a bowl. Add olive oil and mix well with
