The former professional boxer and psychology graduate is author of the self-help New Mind, New Body: explains the link between food emotions and you, has over 30yrs experience as a counsellor, personal trainer and boxing coach. During that time Clive has seen many diet and exercise regimes come and go and feels that he is in unique position to offer advice fitness and weight loss.
