About this ebook

I was inspired to write this book after I myself had such great results on the Keto Diet and Intermittent Fasting together. You can do them separate, I just thought I may as well go all in, and it was the easiest and fastest diet I have ever done. I am a women over 60 and after reading about the benefits it can have on women in this age group, I decided to give it a try. I'm sharing this in hopes that many women like myself will have the same success as I did. There is nothing like waking up every morning and looking in the mirror and saying to yourself "Wow, I look slimmer today". "I think I'll try on my skinny jeans", and they fit!

In my experience - having been on a high-fat diet for years - once you’re at a healthy weight, you don’t have to stay in ketosis full-time, but can experiment with natural carbs. A healthy person can use both metabolic systems. If you’re just starting out, though, it’s really in your interest to commit to deep ketosis, 75%+ fat, zero cheats, for at least a month or more. If you’re a lifelong carb-muncher who’s rarely missed a meal, your body does not know how to burn fat, and it would rather not learn. You need that time to force it to learn.

This book will give you the simple, basic information that you need to know about your immune system and why nutrition is vital.

Normally the body uses carbohydrates, such as sugar and starch, and breaks them into glucose which is used as an energy source. Glucose can be used immediately as fuel or can be sent to the
