Introduction
This isn’t the way; it is a way. It’s a way that worked for me after multiple failed relationships. It’s from a woman’s point of view, but the concepts are applicable to anyone who wants to create a wonderful, committed, and intimate relationship with another person. Many of these concepts are equally powerful when applied to life outside romantic relationships—family, friends, work.
Everyone wants something different. A lot of people have common dreams for romantic relationships: a good person who listens, gets them, and is giving and thoughtful but not a pushover. Someone they can trust. Someone who lights their heart on fire every time they think about them and is the best sex partner they’ve ever had. Someone who is not afraid to give them space but who also doesn’t want so much space that they feel like they’re living alone.
But many little things, or shades of gray, do matter over time. A perfect match is not the goal, but mutual respect and love are. A fair partnership and thoughtful conversation go a long way in making
