    In life there are only 3 certainties:

    1- We are born

    2- We will one day leave this earth

    3- In between there will be days where we all need encouragement due to the uncertainties in life.

    We all have goals and aspire to enjoy life and sometimes Life throws us unexpected curveballs, this is to say things will happen that are beyond our control.

    In Fionas Book Honor Your Wellbeing, she shares her experience of learning how she had to relearn how to balance life and dig deep to adapt to a new lifestyle after experiencing the 5 major losses in her life, one after the other in a short period of time, that left her little time to get over one before experiencing another.

    First the loss of her marriage, then the loss of her close family and friends network when she re immigrated back to UK, which was fine until the loss of her job and finally with the unexpected loss of her late Father whom she was very close to, she found herself in a low period of her life while still raising her two young boys in a country that at the time she was still becoming to grips with.

    How does one cope after such a low period in life?
