Jens Kehrhahn, a German national from Hamburg, author of Fasting for Managers eISBN 978-967-15668-0-0 is by profession a business executive and self-entrepreneur engaged in international trade. He established his first own company in Hamburg in 1991 and a second one in 1998 in Malaysia where he met his wife. In June 2017, after working for a German engineering company in Singapore as managing director for seven years, he moved with his family to Kuala Lumpur where he lives and works since then. At the time he published his e-book "FASTING FOR MANAGERS" he was an is furtheron engaged in commercial operations in some twenty countries on four continents - partially as commercial manager, partially as consultant for a few major accounts whose operations are reflected by these website www.wk-asia-pacific.com, www.trust-pharma.com and www.datino-med.com. "Malaysia is my home" he wrote us, explaining that he enjoys the beauty of the Malaysian country and its' fantastic people whose prime character seems to be great hospitality, the love of peace and the huge variation of most delicious food from the Malay, Chinese and Indian population. In this eBook I share my knowledge and personal experiences from 20 years occasional fasting at least one or twice per year. The longest fasting period was 30 days – which I have done a few times during normal work conditions which means for me daily 10 to 14 intensive working hours with little break times.
I am writing this e-book in a time in which the company for which I work as managing director triples it’s annual turnover with daily 10 – 14 work hours. Three and a half years ago someone told me about eBooks and his interesting comments triggered the idea of publishing an eBook. In its core the intention was and is to put in writing what helped me exactly twenty years ago to get rid of a feeling which I had all my life... that I was a bit too big
and optically not really that kind of attractive businessman I always wanted to be. Since then I performed fasting at least once a year. Since many years not anymore only because of reducing weight and adopt a better shape but since some time it has become even more attractive to me that in a period of fasting I always encounter an increased stamina and enjoy even more energy and a more driving creativity !
