Chapter 1

It resembled a doctor’s office. But this place was upscale and feminine, like a high-end spa you find on Fifth Avenue. It was no ordinary bordello. They employed doctors and aestheticians responsible for prepping and grooming me. While I lay in quiet humiliation, strips of wax yanked off the last of my pubic hair. Without notice or greeting, a doctor walked in and injected something into my arm. Someone whispers it’s a month’s supply of birth control to ensure my compliance and keep things as tidy as possible.

Whatever that means.

After they finished grooming me, I was taken for a manicure, pedicure, and massage where someone took it upon themselves to insert a butt plug into my ass. I’d worn them plugs in increasing sizes since I arrived two days ago. I was told European men enjoy the backdoor and I should expect it every session.

As I drifted off to sleep, I wondered what the hell went wrong. I was twenty-two, newly married with a from Dartmouth. Two weeks after my wedding to my college sweetheart, I was being prepped to be a prostitute at one of Europe’s most exclusive bordellos.

Two weeks ago, my husband and I were on our honeymoon in Monte Carlo. Paul was foolish and reckless. I begged him to stop, but he played too long at tables meant for the big boys.

At the end of the night he owed over half a million to a casino owned by members of a French organized crime. Knowing he couldn’t pay and fearing he would leave the country and never come back, they took me as collateral. When they didn’t hear from him for over a week, I was sold off to the family’s bordello to pay off my husband’s debt.

The Chateau Bordello is located just outside Paris and caters to the ultra wealthy. Unless Paul shows up with the payment, I’m stuck here for the twelve weeks. I’ll have to live and work here, seeing two clients a day for six days a week.

I’ve only ever slept with my husband but starting this evening, I’ll make my living as a prostitute.
