About this ebook

Tabitha Lux is a student at Columbia who has been reluctantly taken out of school and dragged to DC by her father, a longtime CIA veteran and her uncle, a longtime NSA veteran to run a Honey Trap on a married Senator they once suspected had a crush on her.

Young Tabitha's been secretly in love and fantasizing about this Senator for years and although she has no intention of placing him in a compromising position, she agrees only to get her father off her back.

However, when she finally runs into Senator Kurt Becker again, she's starts believing he's just like all the other DC scum and decides to do the trap after all.

But sadly, Tabitha is a horrible spy. Not only is she not trained in espionage, but she's so in love with the Senator she quickly gives up her father's plan and surrenders completely to his will instead.

Matilda loves many things---her husband, dachshunds, cats, the two terrible Chihuahuas who live with her, Paris, New York, a few select friends and family, Nutella, books, lots and lots of books, and writing sweet, steamy romance for nerdy girls-- because that's who I am.If you like your romances steamy but sweet. Sexy, but on the shorter side. With smart and sassy heroines who fall for soulful Alphas- then you might like my books.I write A LOT of OMYW, cause that's just my bag. But no matter what kind of story it is, my ladies are always adored and my endings are always HEA.Please head to my blog: www.matildamartel.com, to learn what's in the final stages and will be coming out soon!Want a free Ebook? I should have never allowed my parents to pay for my college. I worked my ass off all through secondary school in hopes of winning a scholarship for this precise reason. Eventually, I knew they would hold it over my head and fuck with my life. My Dad convinced me I would be screwing over some poor underprivileged student if I competed for the same scholarship award, when he and my mom had been saving for my college since I was born. I should have known better. Goddamn, I should have expected this was all a big ruse to keep me under their thumb.

I sit angry and defeated on the train from New York to DC with my tail tucked neatly between my legs. Forty-eight hours ago, I was abruptly informed they would not pay for my second fall semester at Columbia. They had not renewed the lease at my apartment and my Dad had already spoken to the President at Georgetown about my special transfer effective immediately.

There was never a discussion about me leaving Columbia, the school of my dreams, where I currently maintain
