    The pumpkin pancakes recipe called for 2 eggs. This cook book is vegan

    This author calls this a vegan cook book, but then she throws in a pancake recipe with two eggs, with no explanation. I thought that was weird, skipped than one and moved on. But then, a few pages later I find a recipe that calls for brown sugar, in a keto diet book! So I have to conclude she either does not know either the vegan or the keto diet principles or is too lazy to be consistent, either way, a disrespect to the reader to call your book a “Ketogenic Vegan Diet Cookbok” and then have those inconsistencies. I gave it one star because in the middle of it all there are some useful recipes. But in terms of a book I can trust to be truly vegan and keto, I will look elsewhere.
